If you live at the junction of Faith and Recovery there is one elephant in the room. The elephant is God as I understand Him. The secular argument is about what difference it makes. Does God have a complex? If we take a liberal attitude to God then maybe some suffering person will feel free to come and get sober. This is reasonable on the surface. Recovery folk thinks a hard line on this is bigoted and harsh. I try to explain where this difference leads in this podcast. This is the junction between conservative and liberal theology.
